Custom Designs
Customers using the custom design services of Kiblams are advised that if a concept or design is deemed inappropriate, unsuitable or lacking in detail, you may be asked to revise it.
Kiblams reserve the right refuse any orders that are deemed inappropriate and continued inappropriate concepts or designs will result in warnings and ultimately your account disabled.
Ordering
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur we will endeavour to rectify the mistakes in a timely manner.
Delivery service
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order to either your home or to your place of work.
Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. We aim to send your order within 2 working days (unless stated otherwise in the product description) but this may not always be possible, in the event of any delays you will be informed by e-mail.
All orders are sent out via Royal Mail in padded envelopes to protect your order, this packaging should also fit through your letterbox.
Incorrect/Damaged Goods
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered; please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect a replacement to be shipped within 2 working days.
Delivery and Refunds
Kiblams.co.uk returns policy has been set up to keep costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us within 7 days of the receipt of a product with details of the issues you have experienced, a decision will then be made to refund or replace the product, this decision will be reached in consultation with you.
In the event of a refund, all charges will be refunded back onto your credit/debit card through Paypal, you may be requested to return the item before this can be processed.
Privacy Notice
This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.
Security
We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. Kiblams.co.uk uses password encryption and no payment or address details are stored in the Kiblams data stores, these are instead stored/processed by Paypal who then supply only your name and address for order processing purposes.
During the creation of your account with us, we ask for basic personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you.
